We have the shell back...but it will be dead for months until a VIABLE business and HONEST CEO is found.. RAMSEY issued himself stock via 504 and never paid the company back or the notes owed..He put the cash in is pocket and left me with a 7500 employment tax debt. Real nice!!!! Not including the notes payable..He stuck my company for well over 50k
