Thank you for your prompt and direct responses. Since I only asked you three (3) questions and you answered all three questions, which other questions did I pose into cyberspace somewhere at some time that you deemed not worthy of answering were you acknowledging?

Regarding your answers, may I comment.

As to Question A, you gave us the company line. If the debenture holders are converting their wallpaper and dumping it on the market, does that not produce the equivalent of sales of shares? How else to you explain the huge dilution from 26 million at the time of the reverse split to over 154 million now? Your story won't hold water.

As to Question B, the dilution factor will drive the price to subpenny. Last time I checked, the shares were selling below three cents on the open market. When all of the floorless debentures are converted, the price will put the corporation onto the pink sheets, IMHO. The historical record indicates that the probability of a company surviving death spiral financing is very, very low.

As to Question C, you are truly a believer. We are all looking forward to the announcement of the FPGA being released for testing in December of 2005 and the Cascade of Miracles to follow. LOL.
