BTW, no-one knew the answer to this one. So if you know more than we do, it would be helpful to explain it on the other board, in detail.
For now I'm assuming that Tan Poay Teik and Chen Bor Hann's shares were cancelled so they could settle debt in 10/2011. Because they had to, one way or the other. We just don't know why Tan Poay Teik and Chen Bor Hann gave up all of their common shares and Solomon only 600k.
