The easy question first countries with nukes----US, Russia, UK, France, China, India, Pakistan, N.Korea and probably Israel.
Nobody should have nukes but if we insist on having them how can we deny it to anybody else. Like when your parents tell you to never smoke or drink while they are smoking and drinking.
We helped in the coupe that put the Shah in power in Iran because he tolerated Israel and allowed US oil companies access to iranian oil fields. When he was deposed we started in with the sanctions, little wonder why they don't care for us. I still doubt that they would initiate a nuclear war on us, they are not fools.
