Same here but not for long as the new anticoagulants are rapidly taking share of Warfarin market.

Transition AE’s as patients are switched from warfarin

The issue is when switching to Warfarin not from, but in any case (Xarelto or Eliquis) it shouldn't be a big problem with an adequate bridging.
