So they may have $3.94/share in cash freely available, but since sincers own 75% of it they can just execute a buyout for .07/share.

Claiming a .07 buyout on IHCH after they have a book value of .20 to .50 would be as equally ridiculous as claiming ENTN could have a buyout at .07 -- there's a reason why every time there's a buyout you see 10-15 law firms threatening to sue claiming it was too cheap. Insiders can't simply "do whatever they want" no matter how many shares they control or the ENTN insiders would buy you out for .07/share.
