I also signed up and never received a reply.
I kept searching the site and I found the number with a code.
I was able to dial into the cc. Just had to dig a little more and you might
have found the info you needed to attend the cc as I did.

I never recieved an invitation either. I just went after 2 days and signed in. I got in
