That's what a pump and dump is. Promoters get people to buy then those in the know dump their shares. Then the price drops back down as others sell off.
It went down because it had to consolidate, evey stock has to. The chart was way over heated and you should have sold when RSI was over 90. A stock can not go higher without consolidation, people that don't know this shouldn't be here.
