That would imply that someone is screening the plastic in advance of shipping it to JBI. In turn that pre-screening is a cost that someone has to pay, nobody works for free.
jbi doesn't have to double check that theres no pvc
Actually, they do have to double check; check their permits from the NYS DEC.
Also, they constantly monitor the exhaust, to check for acidity. There are caustic scrubbers that automatically kick in, should any PVC get into the mix.
