Odega, I you plan to continue trading OTC stocks, you may want to consider a platform that is self clearing so you don't run into any issues for a security that had been chilled by dtcc. I know of scottrade, Etrade and Fidelity. I am sure there are others. I knew of a list at one time when the dtcc issues started popping up, but I can't seem to find it now.
The issue or none issue, (depending on your point of view) is they won't let you buy stocks that do not trade electronically. I have another acct for those sort of stocks @ e-trade.
