WRONG, Designations are filed and posted on the Nevada SOS.

Nope. Wrong .. Pref Shares have no special designation on the Nevada SOS website other than a separate line item.

The articles filed show that Pref shares are authorized though.

We will have to wait until the next 10q to learn of how many pref shares were sold.
