Of course the Million proposed amended are there. They file with Nevada first. I was referring to your assumption earlier that insiders got preferred shares pre-split. You would have at least a Designation on the Nevada SOS site.

he Pref shares are very much listed on the Nevada SOS website.
They are the 1 million other shares.

Most likely intended to protect the insiders from Reverse Splits and maintain control of SSOL despite continued massive dilution.
