I don't think there will be a dump in the near future. I am interested in seeing what will happen here. I think Kodak's plan is to remove debt by downsizing the operation (agree with you here)through selling assets. But I have no idea what will be left of the company. If not cancelled the commons will be diluted imo.

I do think there is a run left in this one though. I would wait for a while before seeing what happened.

Kodaks DIP obligation is less than current cash. Cash is growing and so is the value of IP. If Kodak wins in Federal Court on ITC ruling, Apple would owe about a $1 billion plus. Spend alittle time reading the details regarding DC and Kiss portfolios up for auction. Kodak can earn billions over the next five years through licensing by keeping the patents. They don't have to sell the patents to emerge from BK as a going concern.

They "HAD" a liquidity problem. They filed chapter 11 for protection.
