They left the meeting with Host with a handshake deal (Never leave without signatures). Then Dish Network shutdown the company that Tivus was going to get all the content from, so all of the sudden they had no content. At this point, host would not do a contract until they were satisfied that Tivus could provide content. Tivus had to go out and get content to prove to host that they could do it. That is where we are now with it.
