I would suspect that someone did copy the call and that the SEC may be receiving it as soon as Tivus' non-disclosure is confirmed along with possible "insider trading" violations. I'm not sure what the time criteria is on this.

Maybe someone should have been smart enough to record the CC, so we can then confront that clown with "did you or did you not say..."
