They just reversed merged and are basically IPO'ing thru this shell. A cheap way of coming public. As I stated before this isn't just a fluff PR, you can read and see everything in SEC filings.
The way this flew end of day yesterday it will probably close over $1 today. Float is only 4 million and its so hard to get filled.
They were expecting $20 million in sales even before this contract. Just that figure alone, at a 5x sales figure, you have a $1.12 stock.
