Yep. HFBG has been silent because they know the SEC is slowly connecting the dots.
They're hoping it'll blow over, allowing them to continue the scam.
But, that's not going to happen. HFBG keeps popping up in investigations of other companies. That raises a red flag.
HFBG has only two moves, now:
(1) Produce tea to give the appearance of being a beverage company as it "purports"
or
(2) Continue to remain silent, hoping the SEC will ignore them.
They would be better off doing #1, as the current silence makes them look super guilty and will prompt even more digging..
