I doubt its dilution, but if you had 100M shares wouldnt you market sell them to crash the PPS, and they try to scoop up more on the cheap? I saw a 21M bid at .0045 earlier...
Figure someone unloaded 100M today at open over .01 and bought back 100M at an average of .0075 in the afternoon.
