My recall I believe, is that rocky said awhile ago ,he is not expecting a JV soon. If that's correct, it may very well be primarily related to the matters of the resolution of the various overhanging pending legal action?

I would say from the past few years of noticing Rocky's posts that Rocky is pretty resistant to speculation, and formulates his comments based on some very concrete research. His forte is stating the way things are up to the moment. I can't really speak for him regarding what he may have said regarding the linkage between resolution of pending legal actions and the clear pathway to a JV(s). But, IMO, these remaining matters are like bills that have to be paid and aren't at all a deterrent to a JV, the pathway to JV, IMO, is the continued progress of the human trials (which are beyond expectation) and the accumulation and presentation of that data. There won't be any heads up regarding the onset of the JV. You will wake up one day, and wham, there it will be announced and a whole new PPS level to wonder about.
