***THOUGHT OF THE NIGHT DUEX***

Between the September 1st, 2000 close on the S&P 500 of 1520.77 to the October 12th, 2000 close of 1329.78, the S&P 500 lost -12.56%

What if that same move happened today off of the September 9th, 2005 close of 1241.48 for the S&P 500?

The S&P 500 be at 1085.57 on or around October 11th, 2005... I'd say that's a pretty impressive move.

What's even more impressive is the Nasdaq Composite declined 27.39% during the same period! To know that it's even remotely possible for a measured drop to 1585.03 for the Nasdaq Composite (from the 09.12 close of 2182.83) over the next 3 weeks should have this market quite concerned if anything ever becomes of the Bill Clinton/Alan Greenspan analogue vs. their existence and impact on the broader financial GLOBAL markets...

Consider this an add-on to: #msg-7879944
