Not a bug. Breakout list percentages are determined by:

Rate is the change in posting activity in the past 24 hours vs. the average from the prior 7 days

There was no posting in the prior 7 days. The average from the prior 7 days in this case is ZERO.

Todays rate times Zero equals Zero.
