You tell me. This is not like going across town and completing your assignment. Not to mention each process is required in a fixed progression and one generally can not be started until the previous is completed. You must also allow for scheduling and in some cases travelling. Sorry if a realist time line doesn't suit some peoples private opinion of an appropriate time line.

I've seen some property transactions take years. Depends on clear title issues. It will be done when it's done. PB

it takes less than 2 month. the longest part is having the engineers/inspectors go over the complex carefully and writing down ups and down of the property..
