Is this a concurrent six months or two separate periods of time equaling approximately one year?
Do we actually have an exact starting date or is this more conjecture? Or as my grand father would say it's full of prune juice.
Delayed progress reports are tortures when the outcome is in doubt. The stage has been set for another "gotcha", but with one major difference - the Leiber group.
I firmly believe with all of my being that this project will be a success. The only thing that could destroy it is if someone else got in the game and out bid us. The seller although anxious to sell is looking for the best price offered.
We don't want a repeat of Luperion nor can we accept another Slots Parlor closure. You know from you extensive experiences that projects like this takes time to ensure that everything is done right.
You could be right - we could be being lead down prim rose lane again, but I refuse to believe that is the case under the current circumstances. Word has it that there are attorneys, accountants, inspectors and engineers busy doing their thing to establish that this is a good project for us to undertake. They each require the necessary time to gather and evaluate the evidence and make their respective final reports. Then CGAQ must make its final judgement and proceed accordingly.
As Milliteryman1 stated in a prior post - it would have been a great PR booster if they had taken pictures of the onsite inspection taking place and shared them with us. I also agree with him that something should have been done with regards to the distribution of the Bionic Tonic. That is a simple process to setup and get it underway.
The problem is - we don't know if anything is being done in these other areas nor will we (I hope) until they are ready to run.
It is CGSQ's responsibility to put deals together and make them work - it is our responsibility to try and support their efforts to the best of our ability.
Remember I nicknamed this company "Anne" some time back because we are always looking toward tomorrow. I don't know what else you can say about our current position except we are in a "holding pattern" and will remain there until definitive results are determined. So we wait. Have at it bro. PB
