If Eagle doesn't work out TEXC may all ways move on as most of thier equipment is on rubber.
The above ground equipment may be portable but most of the cost with their purchase of the Eagle Ford facilities was the cost and capability of their disposal well to safely store the contaminated water. Medium term, it would seem logical that they would create additional disposal sites in Texas, since there are so many formations producing in Texas. The stacked formations means somebody is going to find a way to produce more formations over time.
As far as the share price, I wonder if the retired CEO is selling into rallies? This news should have created a little more upside momentum. Instead we get a loss towards the 6 month low?
