You're most welcome! Nothing says they have to wait till the extension runs out,
they could always do it earlier; that's what keeps me on pins and needles; lol!

StockScout; I was wrong about the 15 calendar day extension. I just re-read
the document, and it said 15 days for annual and semi-annual reports,
but only 5 days for 10-Q Quartely reports.

In other words, they are overdue.
Otcmarkets.com has already changed their status to "Limited Information"
but it will revert back to "Current" once the 10-Q is posted.
