BnB: Around 148 million, with a few million shelf shares left to be sold from the last S-3.

There will also be another S-3 filing on or before 6/30/03 to register more shares for the recent Convertible Series D preferred shares. Of course they're the floorless variety, so it's possible that that they register the all of the shares possible up to the 200 million authorized shares.
