what a waste of a great niche market idea. shame. They could have done this better 2 years ago, but, never listened to suggestions on how to do it without the Major share dilution.

A small group of us tried to point out that CAGR was a scam from the very beginning.

Jeff Crittenden teamed up with Frank to create a story to sell more shares to willing buyers who already lost 90% of their investment on Frank's previous two companies. Hence, why they held their one and only conference call directly after investors could by new shares of the company, but there has not been once since.

Also, doesnt anyone find it interesting that in over 3 years Franks has never had a audited financial release. I guarentee that this is because he skimmed from the bottom line without every being caught. For heaven's sake, the guy has ran operations for 3 years and has lost significant money every quarter, meanwhile taking "business" trips to Costa Rica & Miami.

90% of Pink Sheets stocks are scams - CAGR is no different.

It says that it costs $400-500 for a PR release, but couldn't news like oh lets say the grand opening of a flagship store be worth quite a bit more than $400-500 when released to the public rather than making the public search for it?

Read between the lines, everytime CAGR runs a PR the MM's sell piles of air shares, then walk the PPS back to nothing.

Why should CAGR pay for PR's so that the blood sucking leeches can make all the money?

Personally I have no prob seeing REAL pictures of my wine store in China, whether it's via email, web cam or a PR. They don't even put pics in PR's!
