We need this deal to go through to break us free. If this one doesn't pan out. I must admit that I'll be done with this stock and move on. My hope rest's with this resort deal to come through with Mr. Leiber helping. If it fails then my hope will be lost and I'll take my loss. So don't let me down CGAQ. I've been a loyal supporter for awhile. For now i'll say GO CGAQ!! for this deal to go through. If it fails...I am done. carry on! over and out.

In my opinion we're not stuck, we are in a holding pattern pending the outcome of the various inspections and appraisal. PB
