Yes, Wallace and MacLeod have been working these sorts of scams for years, IMO. Don't think this one is going to work out for them.

Wallace is MacLeod's shill here and he is the one who is going to be left holding the bag. MacLeod and his wife had to flee the US when their scams were uncovered.

Why else would Wallace want ENDLESS GOSY shares so he can sell them to MacLeod for $0.0001 so MacLeod can cover his NAKED SHORT POSITION of 15-12M shares at $.002 or higher.

I doubt Wallace wants any shares. He just wants to be paid. And he won't be selling them, the sheriff will be. And you are correct. There is no SEC reg preventing the attachment and sale of any personal assets of marty's, including his interest in GOSY shares. If there was, GOSY would have found a lawyer, any lawyer, in the entire country, to write an opinion letter saying it
violated SEC regs. He didn't because enforcing the DE law is legal. I'm sure Wallace hopes mart tells the judge to go to hell. Judges love being told that.
