All court orders are legal unless overturned on appeal. You don't get to pick and choose which court orders you will obey and which you won't. This is a Sheriff's sale of a judgment debtor's assets for the benefit of the judgment creditor. It's no different than attaching and selling any other property of the debtor. Sheriff's sales happen all the time. And this has nothing to do with Wallace. The creditors are his parents. marty has thousands to spend on promoters and lawyers. But nothing to settle or beta test. Can't argue with those priorities. LOL!! I don't see any end in sight for marty's legal problems. I heard Wallace may amend his complaint again and he has noticed marty for a deposition in DE. Wallace has retained a collections lawyer in GA. Endless litigation is what marty prefers. Otherwise, he would have settled a long time ago. And if he refuses to obey Judge Reigle, she may fine him and issue a bench warrant. More good news for marty, don't you agree? ZMP will no doubt be excited to JV with someone wanted in two states.
