I LOOOVE Real Estate! People call me crazy because I can't wait till it CRASHES in this area. They keep saying why would a person who owns 3 properties want it to crash? I said because the mortgage stays the same, the rent covers the mortgage and I'm living comfortably with my current mortgage..I don't need to sell anything..So let it drop so I can buy more..
