Clearly the market has spoken. The market expects "coming soon" BS speech, hence no movement in the PPS. Shiva did accomplish dumping another 100mm shares at 0.0001 though, so once again Shiva 1 - shareholders 0.

Why would there be a run? Who is going to buy now knowing they likely won't be able to hear what is said?

Neither...nothing good or bad. It's going to be another bunch of fluff saying that things are "right around the corner" and that they're "looking forward" to making a big announcement "soon".

This crap only works so many times, and those of us who have been around forever have seen it before. Same thing different day.
