If PPHM comes back with strong p-values and HR for the bavi arm compared to control, then we may have something to talk about (pending further clarity on the potential concerns pcrutch noted before about possibility that arms may be imbalanced in favor of bavi arm).



Suggest the bears (I count myself as neutral for the purposes of the ph ii in second line) would have more credibility in they pre-defined what those covariates were across which they should be balanced. Then, if they are missing from their analysis of balance ...

Note: I am a bear when it comes to getting to a successful ph iii. But the median separation is, apparently, large enough that they would be risking legal trouble if it was totally misrepresentative of the rest of the curves. But... witha company with the history of PPHM maybe that risk isn't as material?

Some suggestions of balance items they should publish along with ITT HR are: LDH, number previous treatments, ...
