if Offors story is true we have been at 2 100 000 000 bucks once with 730 million shares out ,at 3 bucks per share ....now we have chad and kenya added...
if we take the same amount and let drop Chad and Kenya and devide through 3 billion shares ...we are landing about ....

surely those who wanna have shares in big style wanna have a discount or they know even possibly that it is already a discount price ...if Offor needs money he has to come down from it,s throne(means 70 cents/share) ...if he has money over he will get a chance to get some discout shares to reduce the loss on his further price expectations....
