APS not going to throw all future money away from being able to sell memberships and selling their marketing services to stocks, not gonna happen. The promo is still on, and there is nothing to dispute that. This is the biggest case of herd panic I've ever seen, and now APS can run this from .04 to $1+, just like they wanted to from the get go.
I have been hearing "Its over for APS after this horrific play" for the past year or so, yet people continue to flock to their plays due to high volume and price swings. The only one who has the power to stop them is the SEC and of course, we all know that won't happen.....
Heres a theory from another board. Eric sold the APS name after the GWBU debacle, that's why they are under "new management". The "new management" did a one day play to make a few million and retire. Killed the APS name.
