It just amazes me to see this question from ERHC's foremost 'they don't communicate with the markets' critic.
The block in question is in the north west close to Sudan ?
Seriously?
The ERHC news release of July 9, 2012 included a map and the words "The Block is situated on Kenya’s border with South Sudan to the north, Block 11B and Lake Turkana to the east and near Kenya’s border with Uganda to the west," and "The Block is situated on Kenya’s border with South Sudan to the north, Block 11B and Lake Turkana to the east and near Kenya’s border with Uganda to the west." And included a map showning the block in the north west or Kenya, not "close to Sudan" but actually on the border with Sudan.
The August 8, 2012 news release again named the block number.
