Interesting tidbit in the news today:

"On May 16, 2012, Mr. Weiss purchased 1,500 shares of Common Stock in the open market for $6.25/share."

I don't recall a form 4 for this? Maybe I missed? Or is this an exempt PINK sheet still? Not sure the buy means anything?
