I did a search on these Hong Kong companies you mentioned. Yes, they are companies registered with Hong Kong Government. And these companies have filed properly every year with the Hong Kong Company Registrar so I tend to believe they are not virtual companies like the Chens' did. May be you can do some checking on these companies and let us know your findings. No matter what, if the new management Tan and Bok can do something and let the share price goes up, it is our only wish.
