If threads are designed to allow only what longs want to hear -(or shorts for that matter) let 'em have it that way. Wait long enough while they pump each other up and watch 'em suffer the consequences. (Cisco threads a year ago come to mind)
If you place all your decision making on what you find on any thread on any web site, then you deserve what you get. Who has the time to visit all these P&D threads - and anyone who frequents these various sites knows who and where they are. There's much better information all over the web.
The only value a website like this will have in the future is IF it can present a balanced picture for those seeking information. If someone seeking that information only finds one side - it's simple - they will go somewhere else. If they only find *noise*, they will look elsewhere.
Immature posters who have nothing better to do than cart over old fights from other sites, paranoids who feel *wronged* in other venues and continue harping with vague accusations, touters of (take your pick) stocks, websites, BBs, Pinks, OTC, penny stocks, chocolate, grubs, farm machinery, pretty sunsets, weather patterns, beer, and babies will probably find someone to *listen* to them - but not for long, unless they are truly into stuff like that.
