Good DD but and article from June that doesn't reflect what has happened even more recently with the hurdles they continue to have with one of their major suppliers and even more scrutiny with the FDA.
A recent(Tuesday)response I received from the top of their chain:
We still have a supply issue due to one supplier being “down”. The supplier is working to resolve the issue but we do not have a definitive timeline for that product to available. Availability of that product is essential to getting all customers online. We will keep you apprised of updated information as it becomes available.
