Sorry I should have clarified that the dilution debate wasnt the point of my post. For the record I have never liked dilution when it comes to a company like ERHE. No smiley face here.
Raising the authorized shares is not dilution emdyal. Issuance of shares is dilution. ERHC will engage in private placements as funding is needed. It is the shares issued with each placement that will be the dilution you seem terrifed of. It will be incremental... and with a successful exploration campaign, less and less dilutive as the share price increases.
