I don't consider you a critic...

Most times your harsh remarks show that you don't understand capital markets. What you call a crime is a BENEFIT to shareholders that MANY companies offer to their shareholders. You will be offered shares at a discount to market.

Small companies need cash to grow. Small companies don't qualify for debt, so raising cash through equity distribution, or in our case a more highly dilutive carry arrangement, is their only option. A carry arrangement will cost you far, far more than issuing stock if oil is discovered. The carry just isn't worth that kind of loss potential.

May be it would be more prudent to address those concerns to the powers that be at the company? To continually beat the same dead horse on a message board is ridiculous at best. After time the message is lost and just becomes noise. At that point its not about the company anymore and more about about who is creating the noise.

However it is the fudiciary [sic] responsibility of all shareholders

I don't think you understand the definition of fiduciary...

fi·du·ci·ar·y

[fi-doo-shee-er-ee, -dyoo-] plural fi·du·ci·ar·ies

1. a person to whom property or power is entrusted for the benefit of another.

2. of or pertaining to the relation between a fiduciary and his or her principal: a fiduciary capacity; a fiduciary duty.

For the vast majority of those here, our responsibility ends in the mirror. Maybe you are managing money for others and that term applies, I don't know.
