As far as it being unjustified, how were you able to tell? Was it because the news that was released was basically a confirmation of what we already knew? Thus the PPS and trading patterns already had it factored in?
Also, looking at the chart from before Monday there are gap ups on some of those days. Why didn't they need a retrace? Did the intra-day trading cover those gaps?
