XP stated the convestion was comleted on August 13th and anyone who has been watching level II this week has seen we have not had any block trades the last 2 trading days thus the PPS moving back up with ease. On the way down from the .02 to .03 range most of the volume was panic selling. Those are the current SUTI float numbers at about 65 million as of August 13th this week and that is a good thing!!!
