LLEN - OK, thanks for the clarification around the importance of site visits in the due diligence process. I just got confused by your statement “take site visits of ChinaHybrids with a grain of salt.”. I took your statement as what it is. But I completely agree with you that on the ground due diligence and site visits are extremely important – probably one of the most important forms of verification. As a small aside – I think it’s important to also do site visits with management present as well: allows one to see them potentially contradict what you saw without management there, but that’s beside the point.
So, since we both agree that on the ground due diligence at the company’s operations are so very important, did you do that with Ping Yi before releasing your “conclusive fraud” report? Just curious.
I’ll respectfully disagree with you and your attorney’s statements on the conclusiveness of SAIC filings (I tend to agree with the judge that ruled on the case), but I’ll save that argument for another time, as I think it’s more important to focus on the point above.
