Ok, one more....Bill give me a break.

Bill, where in the 10K did it say that SEVU owned the Jag, come on man, they already have 4 company vehicles I think. That is where the money is I believe, definitely not the Jag, geesh. You are just plain wrong on that one.

Bill, the loan? Didn't Golfnut cover this in post 7625? Please read that one again and the 10K if needed.

Bill, about the number of shares. I saw the listing at 12 million some odd shares, but please look at the 10K again, specifically attachment F4. I would post a copy of it here, but it is too wide. The breakdown shows 17 million shares at the end of 2000. I am not sure why the difference, but once again you are jumping to conclusions and presenting fact that MAY not be true.

Bill I used the AUDITED Figures...

and I'm not going to get involved in your guess work (except that I agree that the tax credit is included in the Shareholder's Equity), as I'd rather rely on a professional Auditor to do that...

Suffice to say that the 10K is worse than I expected but I am not really interested to know how many theatrical shoes you plan to see "dropping"...

You always Jump to conclusions: why would the "automobiles" worth $92,607, include the Jaguar?... We know there are several newish trucks and probably a SUV, as a company car...

However, the most disturbing aspect are the advertising costs, twice as high as sales... I had recommended in early January that SEVU divorce itself of its PR/IR ties because of potential conflict of interest...

http://www.investorshub.com/beta/read_msg.asp?message_id=32240

I questionned McBride on that a good while back and he claimed that the Agency refunded SEVU its 10% (or so) Fee, earned when placing Ads and only made a yearly fee in line with or lower than other Agencies... It certainly bears making some enquiries on the subject, as I find the expense completely out of proportion...

Bill B.: Call me crazy, but I don't think most companies compute their value/share using the"liquidation" value of their assets.
