you have to figure in all the back door deals these guys have made, the jokes for financing AND the apparel licensing deal thats been swirling around ... forever. these guys (the original 3) have made several bad financing deals, deals with the loan sharks and bad decisions such as (has since been rescinded and reduced)blowout bonuses to themselves
so it will take the new board some time to get through all this and put this business back on the right track
but maybe you're right, maybe it won't take THAT long to get a filing submitted on time, but they sure have alot going on in the front office that needs to be hammered out before we'll see anything drastic down here.
