If they were not responsive to them, why would you want to mandate them continuing to take them in your trial? There was no exclusion criteria that said they didn't respond to them.

Per the PR (http://phx.corporate-ir.net/phoenix.zhtml?c=123810&p=irol-newsArticle&ID=1720505 ), it was patients whose pain was "poorly controlled" by NSAIDs. So, perhaps "not responsive" is too strong but NSAIDs still not effective and 797 showed a benefit on top of NSAIDs in these patients.
