While the ownership of both Niostar and Part of CBMM will be in China it seems that the different groups within China are not exactly sharing for the sake of nationality. Best of my knowledge the Chinese group in Niostar is not in the CBMM consortium and are dealing with their own percieved issues of needing supply.
