Sverte, that's entirely wrong. for starters, it is only AUTHORIZED - not part of the float or O/S. This is the first revealed stage of the plan. Do not cave to the pathetic detractors who are ALREADY trying to paint this as horrible when they dont even know how this fits into the plan.
